Western Pathways work closely with local authority social and health care services, education providers and all external agencies involved in each young person’s life, in order to make a tailor made, accessible service that will meet their needs to the highest standard. Our person-centred values are firmly grounded upon the foundation of a holistic approach towards helping young people overcome difficulties in their lives.
Through our support, we want all our young people to feel comfortable, safe, supported and optimistic about their future. Western Pathways achieve this by having highly trained staff that can cater to every young person’s individual needs, whilst building and maintaining a flexible and bespoke framework of support around them.
Western Pathways help young people learn how to manage more independently through strengths based, solution focused and reflective interventions. Our holistic approach offers a practical, yet nurturing learning environment and our trained staff will learn together with each individual young person to build a positive working relationship with them. Western Pathways place great value on the quality of relationships we have with all our young people as we work towards equipping them with knowledge and strategies to manage life’s challenges and personal difficulties.
